Star Sports Academy’s U12, U14 Tourney Kickoff in Makeni

Aimed at testing their players following nine months plus of trainings of over 60 scouted players, the Star Sports Academy on Friday kickoff its maiden edition of an intensive three days youth football gala.

A total of eight U15 and U17 youthful football teams from Freetown, Lungi and Makeni namely Star Sports Academy, FC Kallon, Orthodox and Makeni youth teams are taking part in first ever double youthful tournament hosted in the northeastern city.

The tournament is being graced by a number of sports enthusiasts in the country including the Youth Football Coordinator at the Sierra Leone Football Association-(SLFA) Alimamy “Kurish” Conteh among other football administrators who’ve all applauded the initiative by Star Sports Academy.
