By: Alusine Rehme Wilson Amidst eager anticipation from supporters, players, and officials, the North East Region Football Association (NERFA) finally unveiled the highly anticipated fixtures for the semi finalists of the First Division League. Although the fixture announcement brought a sense of excitement and drama, there's public outcry as the top two teams from each zone A and B have been drawn to face off in a double-header to secure their spots in the national first division playoff. This NERFA playoff would also determine the qualifiers for the upcoming season of the Sierra Leone Premier League. The leaders of Zone-A, Bombali Sebora of Makeni, and the second-place team, Golden Dragons Football Club of Magburaka, a former Sierra Leone Premier League side are scheduled to clash on June 28 and July 10.
