ENDING THE REIGN OF THE MASQUERADES:

The thinking and reasoning for that "Executive Order" were obvious: characteristic mayhem, organized chaos, social disruptions; and in some cases the actual loss of lives associated with masquerades and secret society displays. 8 YEARS JAIL FOR BURGLARY CRIMINAL

Bangah✍️ Justice Ibrahim Mohamed Koroma, presiding Judge at the Makeni High court has slammed eight (8) years jail sentence term on Alusine Koroma who was standing trial on three counts charges ranging from Burglary and Larceny contrary to section 25(1) and (13) a of the Larceny Act 1916.And also carrying offensive weapon contrary to section 16 of the public order Act No 46 of 1965. UNCLE RAPE 3 YEARS OLD GIRL

A 42 years old Mohamed Bangura now a convict was sentence to ten (10) years jail for the offence of sexual penetration contrary to law. According the three years old minor, informed the court that the accused was his uncle and usually visit him but she recalled on 2nd September during their short stayed at the accused resident in Makeni, the accused Mohamed Bangura forcefully inserted his finger in to her virginal where she sustained pain blood oozing. She reiterated that the pain was heavy and immediately went and reported the matter to her mother who took her to the police. Bangah✍️ At the jam-pack magistrate court in Makeni, the presiding magistrate John Manso Fornah remanded Abass Jah Turay, a resident of No 11 Chicko drive in Waterloo, according to court evidence revealed that Abass Jah Turay is a driver attached to the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and was charged with the offence of Dangerous driving contrary to section 99 (1) C of the road traffic Act No 5 of 2007. According to police source, it was disclosed that Abass Jah Turay was driving a Toyota Hilux Jeep belong to Food and Agricultural Organization and was heading to Makeni from Magburaka when he knocked a pedestrian that resulted to his untimely death.
