This transition follows Kamara’s decisive victory on June 14 during the association’s 2025 elective congress held at the prestigious Bintumani Hotel in Aberdeen, Freetown. According to SLAJ, the handover ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM at the distinguished Bintumani Hotel. The anticipated event is expected to gather journalists from across Sierra Leone, along with prominent stakeholders, partners, and supporters of the media sector.
