According to the Sierra Leone Association of Journalists-(SLAJ), the launching of the Journalism Welfare Fund will take place at the Association’s multipurpose hall in Freetown on Monday, 14th February, 2022 as part of SLAJ’s Golden Jubilee Celebration. SLAJ President, Ahmed Sahid Nasralla says the time is now for members of the public to show some love to Journalists and by extension to the media family in Sierra Leone by contributing to the Journalism Welfare Fund which he confirmed has already been embraced by Mercury International among other key national development partners of the Sierra Leone Association of Sierra Leone.
