MAN 42 SEXUALLY PENETRATES GIRL 11

Bangah A forty two (42) years old man, Alimamy Mohamed Sankoh was yesterday arraigned before presiding magistrate Peter Gogra for the offence of Sexual Penetration of a Child contrary to Section 19 of the Sexual Offences Act No 12 of 2012 and Sexual abuse by person in trust, contrary to Section 25(1) (a) of the Sexual Offences Act No12 of 2012. According to court evidence, it was disclosed that the accused Alimamy Mohamed Sankoh on the 1stJanuary 2016 and Friday 10th January 2020 at Mabang village in the Kholifa Mabang Chiefdom in the Tonkolili District, Northern province of the republic of Sierra Leone engaged in an act of sexual penetration with an eleven years old girl. STEPMOTHER ADMINISTERED CORROSIVE LIQUID ON 5 MONTHS CHILD

Bangah At the Makeni magistrate court, Balu Kalokoh was arraigned before magistrate Peter Gogra on three counts charges ranging from Fluid with intent contrary to Section 29 of the Offences against the Person Act 1861 and Causing grievous Bodily Harm with Intent contrary to Section 18 of the Offences against the Person Act 1861.  According to police statement revealed that on Sunday 19th December 2019 at Rokona Village in the Yoni Mabanta chiefdom, Tonkolili District the accused Balu Kalokoh applied corrosive fluid to a five months old child with intent to disfigure and endanger the life of the said five months old child.
