By: Alusine Rehme Wilson Amadu Ibrahim Mansaray, a promising reporter working for Sierra Leone’s leading daily, Awoko Newspaper, has publicly dedicated his recent award from Aiders Education Network Sierra Leone to his peers who are committed to excellence. Also, a final-year student at Ernest Bai Koroma University in Port Loko, reporter Mansaray is also actively involved in education as a part-time teacher and Head of the Language Arts & Civil Education Department at S.I. Koroma Memorial Islamic Secondary School. His dedication to service recently paid off when he was named the Best Junior Secondary School Teacher in Port Loko city for the year 2025, during the Aiders Education National Sierra Leone 2025 Awards of Excellence ceremony.
