By : Alusine Rehme Wilson  Following his successful student union election victory in March, Abass Mohamed Kamara, the newly elected Students Union President of the Institute of Business Administration and Technology-(IBATECH SL) Kambia satellite campus and his appointees have been successfully inaugurated. Like the election, the historic inauguration of the IBATECH SL Kambia Campus Students union body took place at the campus premises under the distinguished watch of Staff and other key stakeholders in Kambia District. It is however, the first ever to be held since the satellite campus was set up in the northern district. Initially, the election was contested by Abass Mohamed Kamara of the Classics Camp and John Kamara of the Progressive Camp but it was Mohamed Abass Kamara that emerged winner having scored 38 votes, 12 more than his opponent to become the first ever Students Union Government President of IBATECH SL in Kambia.
