By: Amin Kef - (Ranger) In the bid to complement government’s effort in providing free health services to less privileged persons in the country, the Choithram Memorial Hospital is poised to undertake two days free Diabetes screening and treatment from the 7th to the 8th November, 2019 at the Choithram Memorial Hospital, Hill Station in Freetown. Speaking to this medium in an interview, Dr. Gowrinath M. George, Medical Superintendent of Choithram Memorial Hospital said this is part of their corporate social responsibility as an institution, adding that the two days free Diabetes screening and treatment from the 7th to the 8th November, 2019 is geared towards providing quality and free treatment for people with Diabetes across the country. He went on to say that during the process of Diabetes screening and treatment, medicines will be also given to patients free of cost.
