Bombali DiCOVERC Canvassing Residents to get vaccinated

By: Alusine Rehme Wilson The Social Mobilization Pillar attached at the Bombali District Corona Virus Emergency Response Center has initiated a public sensitization to canvass residents to get vaccinated at the designated points where the COVID-19 vaccine is rolled out. The Social Mobilization Pillar Lead at DiCOVERC Bombali, Alhaji Alusine Funkuba Fofanah, who is leading the sensitization, said they collaborated with the District Health Management Team (DHMT) in Bombali to raise awareness on the availability of the AstraZeneca (A-Z) vaccine in the district and the need for people to get vaccinated Mr Fofanah and his team embarking on the sanitization are explaining the importance of people being vaccinated and the need to abide by the COVID-19 preventive measures which will minimize chances of contacting the virus.
