By: Alusine Rehme Wilson At the Pa-Alimamy Kafoire Mini-stadium of Rokupr town in Kambia District, the Rokupr Foreign Based Football Club on Tuesday wrapped up their annual end of year friendly encounters with a commendable 2-1 comeback against the Rokupr Home Based Football Club. The traditional end of year football encounter between the two sides who’re all descendants and friends of Rokupr Khaliza, a touristic town located near the banks of the Great Scarcies River in the Magbema Chiefdom in the Northwestern district of Kambia started on high, with the host shocking the visitors early to enjoy what turned out to be a short lived lead. Thrilling 1-0 in the first half of the encounter, the Foreign Based endured and showed class as their attacking midfielder Abubakarr “Anderson” Kargbo alias Rokupr Borbor netted from a wide range strike to level the score and few minutes later in the second half, his teammates Wurie Jalloh who’s was handed his debut appearance for the Foreign Base...
