By: Ibrahim Jalloh - (Jallomy) The heightened state of political denial and disconnect from state governance in the opposition heartland of Makeni gave way to massive support for President Bio’s call for national lockdown.  President Bio’s inclusive approach to fighting the Corona Virus and taking the lead role in social mobilization has earned him the respect and support of the Makeni people. This was reflected by the massive and incredible support and compliance to the national lockdown call. An old man at Rogbaneh has this to say “I thought Bio was a bad leader. Today I know that President Bio is a father, a redeemer and a true patriotic leader. He has earned my support”.
