Makeni Local court No. 1 Clerk says Challenge Cases dominate the cases they adjudicate

Makeni Local Court #1 Chairman Remand’s two petty traders over failure to pay longstanding Le 1,100,000 dept

Wilson During Monday's court hearing at the Local Court Number-1 located at turntable, in Makeni City, Northern Region, two petty trader namely Sama Sesay of Number-2 Timbo drive, Mabanta in Makeni and Isata Kamara of Number-87 old Mabanta Road in Makeni for their failure to pay the plaintiff’s long standing dept of One Million, One Hundred Thousand Leones which saw them being summoned to the court on 10h February, 2022. According to the particular of offences of the said matter, both petty traders who admitted to owing the plaintiff that stipulated amounts as stated above but refused to show signs of remorse and willingness to pay the money which they respectively owed the plaintiff.
