By: Alusine Rehme Wilson Assiatant Head Coach-I of Leone Stars and Former FC Kallon Head Coach, Amidu Kamara has been announced as Head Coach of the National Male U23 Football Team. Karim’s appointment and the three others was publicized by the local football federation of Sierra Leone-(SLFA), Executive Committee Members. This means the experienced trainer becomes the head of the U23 male technical team onwards with his first task being to guide the team later this month for the nation’s back to back U23 AFCON 2023 qualifiers at home on 22nd and away, a week later this month. He will be assisted by three others namely: Francis Zappa Koroma, Ibrahim Sillah and Hassan Kamara respectively as Assistant Coach-I, II, and as Goalkeeping Coach, the SLFA said in a statement on Tuesday evening.
