COHRED, C&J Foundation set to Empower Middle and Senior Management Personnel

The college of Human Resource Development (COHRED) one among the leading tertiary institutions in the Northern Region through the C&J Foundation is set to offer executive training and short term courses for the middle and senior management personnel of private and public enterprises, government departments, Ministries and Department Agencies (MDAs), Local Councils and NGOs.

Speaking to this medium, the head of the C&J Foundation and Principal of the C&J partners in Makeni, Lawyer Chernor Benedict Jalloh said, the main objective of the courses is to build the capacity of private and public sector and senior management personnel in relevant areas of the law, adding that these courses will enhance their productivity and efficiency at work and minimise and or prevent legal liabilities against their organisations or institutions. 

Lawyer Jalloh furthered that the importance of the courses cannot be over emphasized since their relevance is geared towards the empowerment of personnel. According to him ten courses will be offered for a six weeks period at the College of Human Resource Development (COHRED) Paralegal Department and that forms are now available at the C&J Partners for the under mentioned programs: Insolvency Law, Corporate Governance, Business Law, Employment Law and Industrial Relations, IELTS also known as International English Language Testing System, French for English Speakers and English Language for Non-English Speakers, Banking Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law and Procedure and Company Law.

Interested individuals should acquire their forms at the cost of150 Leones at 1 Flower Corner Makeni. The first cohort are expected to commence lecturers on September 15, 2022 to October 31, 2022.
