The branch bank was earlier located at the wusum hotel in 2008 but later relocated to flower corner, Makeni city for better accessibility. Due to numerous concerns by their loving customers about the constraints to access the bank as a result of the various trading activities around the premises of the bank, the management thought it fit to finally relocate the bank to a more accessible and conducive location.
