Alie Yeamoh Kamara, age twenty five years old and a resident of 8 Palus street in Makeni was arraigned in court presided over by Magistrate Peter Gogra for three count charges ranging from Sexual Penetration, Sexual Touching and Meeting a Child for Sexual purpose contrary to law.
According to the seven years old minor, she revealed that on diverse dates the accused Alie Yeamoh Kamara sexually fidgeted her with his finger at his resident when she was returning home but later recalled that on the 18th March 2019 the accused took advantage of her and went with her to his resident and forcefully removed her cloth including his own and later laid her on the bed and had sexually intercourse with her.
Police source revealed in court that the minor stay with her grand mother. It was also disclosed that the accused inserted his finger in to the virginal of the minor and after some days, the accused Ali Yeamoh Kamara took the minor in to his room and sexually assaulted her that resulted in the lost of the minor virginity according the medical report.
After keenly listening to the allegation, Magistrate Peter Gogra immediately denied the accused bail on the ground that the allegations against the accused are grave and felonious by law.
