GIRL 12 TESTIFIES HOW SHE WAS SEXUALLY MALTREATED

A twelve years old minor has testifies in court presided over by magistrate Peter Gogra how the accused Foday Bangura had sexual penetration with her in diverse dates.

She recalled that on 25th September 2019 and 3rd October 2019 at Kakura village in the Sella Limba chiefdom, Karene District that the accused Foday Bangura forcefully grabbed her and took her in to his room and later had sex with her on a local made mat.

She recalled on the 3rd of October 2019, while she was watching a television with her friend at Kekura Barry, the accused came and forcefully took her and went with her again in to his room and had sexual intercourse with her and on her way home, she met her aunty including some neighbor who immediately went and informed her uncle who later took her to the police and later arrested the accused.

After keenly listen to the testimony of the minor, the accused Foday Bangura was denied bail by magistrate Peter Gogra on the ground that the offence committed is felonious by law and on that note remanded him to the Makeni correctional Centre for further hearing.
