By: Abu Bakarr "Buzzo" Kargbo The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) on Saturday 27th June 2026 held its first-quarter Extraordinary Congress at the Wizard Complex on Dambala Road in Bo, bringing together football delegates, stakeholders, government officials, and partners to discuss the progress and future of football administration in the country. Addressing the 55 out of 57 delegates in attendance, SLFA President Babadi Kamara reaffirmed his administration's commitment to transparency, accountability, and respect for the SLFA Constitution. He noted that his leadership is the first in the Association's history to convene an Extraordinary Congress within the first quarter of its tenure, describing the move as a demonstration of good governance.
