According to information attributed to the club’s management, the pair were travelling from Freetown to Bo when they arrived at the checkpoint, where police officers were conducting routine checks. The management alleges that, during the search, Quad’e was subjected to inappropriate physical contact when an officer allegedly touched her breast area in an attempt to establish whether she was a woman.
