Mohamed Kallon takes helm as Leone Stars Coach with vision for success

The announcement, made on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at the federation's office in Freetown, marks the beginning of a new chapter in Sierra Leonean football. The unveiling ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including SLFA President Thomas Daddy Brima, Vice President 1 Harold Nat-Johnson, NSA Executive Director Dr. Emanuel Safa Abdulai, and Director of the Ministry of Sports Haroun Korji. In an exciting development, the draw ceremony for the 2025 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations U20 was held on Thursday at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.  Sierra Leone has been drawn in Group C alongside strong contenders Senegal, Zambia, and Kenya.
