AR-Wilson’s Entertainment Bags Prestigious Award

One of the country’s oldest and most consistent youth owned organization, AR-Wilson’s Entertainment, that strives to advocate for the voiceless and thus promote music, volunteerism, education, pageantry, sports, gender responsiveness, good governance, agriculture and other facets for development has over the weekend at the second edition of the Faces of the North entertainment Awards (FaNEA) awards ceremony hosted at Wusum hotel conference hall in Makeni city, Bombali District Northern Sierra Leone received a Prestigious Gold Award as Best Promotional Team of the Year.



Receiving the award last Friday, December 13, on behalf of other members of AR-Wilson’s Entertainment was its signed Artist Foday Kargbo alias (Zefab D’Adonis). Upon receiving the award, Zefab lifted up the gong and the crowd went bazaar in cheering him up and his team for their unique contribution to the lives of others most especially in the entertainment sector. He thanked the customers, fans, followers, members, partners and supporters of AR-Wilson’s Entertainment for believing in his team and thus thanked FaNEA team for organizing an award of such nature which does not only celebrates hard work but also create room for competitiveness among entertains to do marvelous work that will match global standards.

“Our team will continue to win this award and more for as long as we are alive, because as a group our business partners and all those we have worked with in one way or the other will attest to the fact that AR-Wilson’s Entertainment has not only been the first and most consistent Promotional Team and multipurpose group but it has also create room for youths like me and many more to showcase our talents through its multipurpose platforms” Zafab said conclusively.

AR-Wilson’s Entertainment beats five other promotional teams based in the north (Expandable, Galaxy, Independent, Lungi and Yoyo Network Promo teams) to win the award haven pulled the highest number of votes from the public via mobile SMS and for scoring the highest marks as the Best among the rest from the FaNEA Awards Committee.

This year’s award marks the 10th award AR-Wilson’s Entertainment has won and the 19th nomination it has received so far from both national and international awards since it was established in 2010 by a renowned entertainer, young Multimedia Journalist and Youth Activist, Mr. Alusine Rehme Wilson who is AWE’s Founder and CEO and two others. The team is looking forward to winning another award in January next year from Legends Award where AWE founder and Chief Executive officer has be nominated along 10 other top entertainment managers in the Awards Entertainment category as the Best Entertainment Personality.
