Makeni Artist Union fulfilling their corporate social responsibilities

As the fight against Corona Virus (COVID19) requires Collective efforts, the Makeni Artist Union has not limited their efforts few weeks after they released a sensitization song featuring various stakeholders to raise awareness about the virus campaign which many music followers rates as the best so far in the country.

MAU on 9th April 2020, donated veronica buckets to studios in Makeni as part of their efforts to promote hand washing in the municipality to fight against Corona virus which has now turn into a global invisible enemy.

AR-Wilson's Entertainment Media spoke with the President of the Union, Milton Frank Koroma AKA Stunt Man in an interview and he said as a Union that always care for the people of the country they are enthusiastic to have joined the fight using their craft, what they are known for by passing awareness message through music to the public.

He also said they donated various items such as veronica rubbers sets, loafs of soap, tissues, hand sanitizers and other materials to all Recording Studios in Makeni City so that people will continue to wash their hands before entering the studios.

He further said that MAU are also embarking on Community and Social Sensitization within and beyond the city and that he is poised to do more ad the Union's President, he promised.

In his ending statement he called on all patriotic citizens to join the fight in whatever way and he promised that himself and the entire Membership of the MAU will not rest until this epidemic is over.

Makeni Medical Mission Brings Hope and Healing to Bombali District
