By: Hawa Dauda in Monrovia

 ```Adama Suma is the first Sierra Leonean female coach to be in the touchline in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Her team won the first Elite Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League.
Suma is a former player for Sierra Leone Police and Lioness Football Clubs.
After retiring from active football, she took up coaching as a profession so that she could give back to the game she loves so much.
She started her coaching career with her former team, Sierra Leone Police FC, and later joined the Mogbwema Queens to become the first female technical director of a female premier league team in the country, Mogbwema Queens that is based in Rutile in the southern part of Sierra Leone. She later became the head coach.
Adama Suma is also Assistant Coach II for the Sierra Leone National U20 female team. Her passion and dedication for coaching young players remain unquestionable.
Even though her team lost when they conceded a late  goal in their first match against AS Dakar in the ongoing CAF Women’s Championships, Coach Adama Suma alias Adama Pele is very optimistic that her side is very determined to win today’s match against AS Mande from Mali.
"In the first match, the performance of my players was very impressive though we lost by one goal."
 "Today, I am pretty sure we are going to make Sierra Leone proud”, she stated with a smiling expression.”
These scans, which determine the age of the players, revealed discrepancies that led to their removal from the tournament. The disqualification follows changes to Article 27.4 of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations regulations, which have tightened the criteria and enforcement of age verification measures. The updated rules stipulate that if a team has more than four players deemed ineligible after the MRI eligibility test, the entire team will be disqualified. The MRI tests, used to enforce age restrictions in youth competitions, are crucial for ensuring fairness. Unfortunately, the teams from these three nations did not meet the age criteria, resulting in their disqualification. This decision has come as a significant disappointment for the young players and their fans, w...
