2024/25 Sierra Leone Women's Premier League Champions Ram Kay FC Decorated

Ram Kay Football Club of Bo have been decorated for winning the 2024/25 Sierra Leone Female Premier League, marking a historic achievement for the club.

They ended the season unbeaten to clinch the title over their closest rivals Mogbewemo Queens who lost twice to  Ram Kay FC.

The team dominated the league with consistent performances, strong teamwork, and a record-breaking goal tally. 

Guinea Bissau born striker Mariama Shembu  has set a new record for most goals scored in a single season in the Sierra Leone Female Premier League season with 44 goals after previous record holder Kumba Zainab Brima formally of fc Kallon won it with 37 goals. 

Her incredible goal tally powered Ram Kamara to the 2024/25 league title, capping off a historic campaign for both player and club.

"She’s been unstoppable,” said head coach Mohamed Kamara “Her hunger, consistency, and leadership on the field made all the difference this season.”

The club ended with 64 points equalling Former champions mogbewemo Queens.

The team's decoration took place at the Southern Arena on Saturday. It drew upport from fans, community leaders, and national figures, including AIG South Brima Kannèh, who congratulated the team on their discipline and determination.

Following their decoration with medals and the trophy by the 2024/25 Sierra Leone Women's Premier League Board, Ram Kay FC will now switch their focus on the WAFU A' Zone regional championship.
