2025 Bo City Cow Trophy Champions

Sewa Eagles Football Club have been crowned champions of the 5th edition of the COW Trophy, after a commanding 4–1 victory over Kakua United in the grand final.

The Eagles were 1 goal down just 13 minutes of play but the Eagles  are quick to respond with an equalizer two minutes later.

Alhaji Turay doubled the lead to put Sewa Eagles in front which helps him to add to his goal scoring tally with 7 goals and Wins the Golden Boot and Best Player Award 

Turay’s outstanding performance and consistent goal-scoring were key to Sewa Eagles title win, earning him double honors and praise from fans and officials alike.

His brilliance on the field made him a standout throughout the competition.

The match, played in front of a lively crowd, saw Sewa Eagles dominate from start to finish, showcasing sharp attacking play and strong teamwork, making Kakua United losing for the second time in the competition after they were defeated in the opening of the tournament at group stage by 3:1 Alhaji Turay scored twice in the process and the head coach Osman Jabbie Coach Pawpaw wins the Best coach of the tournament.

The win marks a major milestone for the club and cements their status as one of the rising forces in regional football.

The winners take home custormised Gold Medals cash prize and the giant Cow.

The tournament organisers Ultimate Sport Promoters has proven to be the Best organisation of Sporting events in recent times in the southern Region.

This year' s tournament was played in Honour of SLFA presidential aspirant Babadi Kamara who also gave his continued support to Football in the country.
