NATCOM, Poor Communication Service Delivery on high!!!

It is no longer news that majority, if not all communication companies are out of guard.

I am sure they are aware of the poor network services provided to customers. And it is obvious that the services provided by these communication companies in Sierra Leone are poor. And there is little to write about home 🏡 as compared to International Communication companies standards. 

I'm of the belief that, several complains have been made through Consumer Protection Agency, but nothing seems to have been done to remedy the situation.

The situation is getting worse every day. This is really sad.  This situation needs immediate NATCOM's intervention. Customers are aware of the fact that, local communication companies cannot match  up to international standards but at least let there be some improvements.

To NATCOM, it is really sad. 😭😭 I think one of the reasons that leeds to the delay of fixing the issue is, poor regulation from NATCOM or if like call it Poor leadership.


Anyway; let me hold it here and rest my case for now.
