MINOR TESTIFIES: “DAD’S FRIEND HAD SEX WITH ME”

Sixteen years old minor yesterday testifies at the Makeni Magistrate Court presided over by Peter Brima Gogra how the accused Abu Sesay age 39 years old and a driver by profession how he sexually fidgeted her that resulted to the loss of her virginity.

She revealed in court that the accused Abu Sesay is her father playmate and recalled on the 29th June 2019, she received a whatsapp called from the accused requesting her to come to his house which she did.

She further revealed that when she came to the accused house she requested for a cup of water which the accused gave her without realizing that the accused has already administered drug on it.

She reiterated that immediately she drink the water, she became unconscious for about three hours until when she regained consciousness and to her dismayed, she saw herself lying at the accused bedroom half naked and with blood oozing from her two legs.

She continued, when she woke up and seeing what has happened within herself, she immediately ask the accused what he has done to her but the accused refused to make a statement and later went to her house.

She concluded that after a while the accused text her through a whatsapp phone and revealed that indeed he sexually assaulted her but asked for mercy, she noted that during their conversation with the accused her father materialized unnoticed and took the phone from her and went through their conversation which prompted him to informed the police about her ordeal with the accused.  

The accused Abu Sesay seeing the gravity of the matter decided to went in to thin air after all negotiation has failed to wins the heart and minds of the minor family only to be hawked from his hideout  through warrant of arrest.
