The Government of Sierra Leone has allocated funds to the Tonkolili District Council for supply of DIETS and STATIONERY for Councils and Devolved Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA`s) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of: 

Lot One (1): Supply of Stationery.

Lot two (2): Supply of Hospital Diets.

Bidders may bid for one Lot only.
Bidding is opening to all supplies who can demonstrate Commercial and Financial capability to supply the required items

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address mention below between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Mondays to Fridays. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 400,000(Four hundred thousand Leones) 

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 Noon on Monday 02nd March 2020.  All bids must be accompanied by:
Bid security of six million Leones (Le: 6,000,000) for Lot One (1) from a reputable commercial banking institution
Bid security of Ten million two Leones (Le: 10,000,000) for Lot two (2) from a reputable commercial banking institution
A valid and up to date NRA tax Clearance certificate;
A valid Business Registration Certificate 
A Valid and up to date District Council Registration Certificate
Valid and up to date NASSIT Certificate

Bids will be opened on Monday 02nd March2020, at 12:00Noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, at the Council’sConference Room.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders. For further inquiries, please refer to the address below:
