Sources from the Shooting Stars, the National Men’s U-17 team of Sierra Leone Camp in Liberia have confirmed that entire squads “is in high gears to face their Morrrocan counterparts later today at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium.”
Head coach Mohamed Lamin Kamara believes their ultimate goal, “is to make Sierra Leone Proud at the end of the friendly matches.”
Earlier, Mansurr Koroma, the Media officer attached to the team told AWE-MEDIA.SL on Saturday afternoon that, “the team will kick off first of the many friendly matches expected to be played in Monrovia against the Moroccan U-17 and U-20 teams as well as the Liberian U-17 teams.
Explained that, “the Shooting Stars of Sierra Leone will first battle their Moroccan U-17 counterparts on Sunday, June 8 at 4:pm at the Antoinette Tubman Mini Stadium with the return leg set to be played three days later at the same venue and time and then the other friendly matches will come up in succeeding dates to be eventually announced,” he added.
