The clumsy traffic congestion at NP area on Azzolini highway in Makeni:

A commentary By: Ibrahim Jalloh - (Jallomy) (Photo credit: Multimedia Journalist & Researcher A.R. Wilson) NP area in Makeni city has effectively become a clumsy traffic congested area with huge vulnerability to accidents. Visiting NP or passing through in a given day presents organized chaos and traffic disorder very much symptomatic of reckless and lawless conduct by drivers, Okada riders and Omorlankay pushers much to the discomfort, displeasure and calculated accident risks to other road users. What is more disheartening is the chronic lethargy of the Sierra Leone Police to control the reckless menace. I have brought this to the notice of the police via audio sometime in the remote past but no action was taken or attempted taken. As the Catholic mission is erecting a perimeter fence, some ill will and lawless drivers are backfilling the constrained and raped right of way to create a makeshift parking space. This is done in broad day light and at the glare of the police.  NP...

By: Tejan Frederickson Fatorma Northeast Region Football Association (NERFA) Media and Marketing In the first match between Great Scarcies and Real Republicans was a must win for either sides to had increased their chances to progress into the semis.  For most period of the game, Real Republicans FC  looked out of sorts as they failed to stamp authority in a match that a first half goal ought to have given them the confidence to play better than they did. The goal by forward, Ibrahim Sorie was the only silver lining that the Republicans could hold on to in a match that was highly contested by their Great Scarcies  counterparts.  The Republicans forward was gifted the goal that separated the two sides from a volcanic error made by the goalie, Ibrahim Sesay who failed to place his glove from a  close range shot in the 17th minutes.  Second half action got heated as tentions were mounted on allegations based on fair play.  The Republicans were gifted a 62...
