SECRET SOCIETY MEN MOB MAN TO DEATH… CHIEFDOM SPEAKER AND 8 OTHERS ARRESTED

Police in Magburaka in the Tonkolili District have arrested the chiefdom speaker of Dasogoia Chiefdom Mr.Kafa Dawoh, youth leader including seven others over the brutal killing of a twenty five years old man, Ibrahim Kamara now a deceased.

According to sources, the deceased Ibrahim Kamara is a Muslim scholar from Senegal who has returned home upon completion of his Quranic studies and went to Bumbuna in the Dasogoia chiefdom to visit his relatives.

While at Bumbuna, the deceased was invited by his friend to witness a yearly traditional ceremony which they usually perform at the Bumbuna hydro waterfall to appease their ancestors.

It was disclosed to this medium that at the traditional site, the deceased Ibrahim Kamara took his mobile phone and started videoing which prompted some of the youth present to take offence at what they considered a violation of their societal rituals. They immediately seized the mobile phone from the deceased and later arrested and handed him to the elderly people.

It was further disclosed that immediately they have arrested the diseased Ibrahim Kamara, some society men belong to “Kolloh” society materialized from the secret society bush singing their societal songs heading towards the deceased while in custody, prompted those that were not initiates to run away.

The deceased, Ibrahim Kamara, also ran away but unfortunately he was arrested and mobbed to death and later his body was thrown intothe river Rokel with the pretext he was drained.

Three days later, the remains of the deceased Ibrahim Kamara was discovered in the Rokel River with bumps all over his body.

In an exclusive interview with the Local Unit Commander at Magburaka police division, Superintendent Alphonso Fambuleh confirmed to this medium that the chiefdom speaker of Dasogoia chiefdom, youth leader and seven others are in police custody while other prime suspects are on the run in connection of the murder of Ibrahim Kamara.

He revealed that the remains of the deceased has been handed over to family members for burial after postmortem examination was conducted and that the postmortem result stated that the deceased died of fractured spinal cord as a result of the assaults he sustained.
