FOA Boost Rokupr's Ahamadiyya Muslim Secondary School

Friends of Ahmadiyya-(FOA), a group of Alumni and well wishers of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Senior Secondary School Rokupr on Wednesday, 29th March, 2022 made a cash donation to the Principal of the School Musa K.D Mahmood on behalf of the school. General Secretary of the Association Madam Fatima Mahamood presented the donation together with a cross section of the (FOA) membership at the school’s multipurpose sports complex during the second and final day of the school’s 37th Annual inter-house sports meeting marking the fourth from Friends of Ahmadiyya to the school since the establishment of the group some two years ago. Jealous Husband at Rogbom-Sala Village set house ablaze, wife burnt to death

Road Crash at Teko Raod: 1 dead, 9 Okada riders in Police Nest

MRCG COMMISSIONS THE REHABILITATED KUMRABAI FERRY PEACE MONUMENT AND ENGAGES THE COMMUNITY ON TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE

The Media Reform Coordinating Group (MRCG)  has commissioned the rehabilitated Kumrabai Ferry ‘Peace Monument’ which has a narrative relating to peacebuilding in  Sierra Leone and also engaged the community on transitional justice issues. The community engagement raised the awareness of residents in Kumrabai Ferry and its environs on transitional justice issues to prevent conflict and provide and enabling peaceful environment. The Africa Transitional Justice Legacy Fund (ATJLF) in Ghana provided the fund for the rehabilitation and community meetings facilitated by the MRCG.  The project is aimed at engaging the media and communities to increase public awareness on Transitional Justice (TJ) mechanisms and change the narrative on TJ issues in Sierra Leone.
