SUPPLY OF STATIONERY

Date of First Issue: 13th July, 2020

The Bombali District Council has allocated funds for the Procurement of Stationery  and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the aforementioned.

A List of items to be procured can be obtained from the schedule of requirements in section VI of the bidding Document.

Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive bidding procedure in accordance with National Public Procurement Authority(NPPA) Acts, 2016 and bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate technical and financial capabilities to supply stationery to Bombali District Council in a FRAME WORK CONTRACT.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between the hours of 9:am- 5pm daily Mondays to Fridays.   Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of  Three Hundred Thousand Leones(SLL: 300,000).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the Monday  10th August,  2020 at 12:noon at the Council conference Hall. 

 All bids must be accompanied by:

*        A valid Business registration certificate

*        Bid Security of  Five Million Leones (SLL 5,000,000)  from a reputable Banking institution

*        A valid tax clearance certificate;

*        A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;

*        A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

*        Local Council registration Certificate

*        Signed and completed bid form

*        Evidence of similar supply undertaken

Bids will be publicly opened on the Monday 10th August  2020 at 12:Noon  in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below.  Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
