CONSTRUCTION OF 1NR.TWIN BOX CULVERT (5MX6MX1.5M), 4NR (4MX6MX1.5M) BOX CULVERTS, AND 4NR (1MX6MX1M) BOX CULVERT ALONG KALANGBA- Masongbo LOKO FEEDER ROAD IN BOMBALI DISTRICT

Date of First Issue: 6th July, 2020.

 

The Bombali District Council has received funds from the Road Maintenance fund Administration (RMFA) and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of these funds to eligible payments under the Procurement NO. BDC/ADM/NCB/007/2020,  the construction of twin Box Culverts in Bombali District.  Bombali District Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works indicated below.

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate Technical and financial capability to undertake the required works.

 

Bidders may obtain financial class 111 certificate or better from the Ministry of Works and Public Assets.

 

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9am- 4pm daily Mondays to Fridays.   Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 300,000(Three Hundred Thousand Leones).

 

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday the 3rd August, 2020 at 12:noon.

 All bids must be accompanied by:

q  A valid Business registration certificate

q  Bid Security of Le 5,000,000(Five Million Leones)  from a reputable Commercial Bank;

q  A valid  NRA tax clearance certificate;

q  A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;

q  A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]

q  Completed and sign bid form

q  Ministry of works and public Assets certificate Financial class 111 or better

q  Evidence of similar works undertaken

q  Work schedule

q  SLRA Certificate category C or better

           

Bids will be publicly opened on Monday the 3rd August,  2020 at 12: noon in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the Bombali District Council Conference Hall.   Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.

Makeni Medical Mission Brings Hope and Healing to Bombali District
